• Your deposit is fully refundable if your category is full, your application is denied or if you cancel at least 30 days before the event.
  

• Submit Your Vendor Info—After securing your spot with a deposit, you'll receive a quick and easy Vendor Form to choose your booth type and any optional upgrades.

• Get Approved, Sign Your Contract & Pay Your Balance - we review vendor applications within 48 hours. Once approved, we'll email your contract and invoice to finalize your booth.

We’ve got you covered every step of the way! 

• Do I have to pay the full booth price upfront? – No. You only need a $50 deposit to reserve your spot. Your deposit is fully refundable if your category is full, your application is denied, or if you cancel at least 30 days before the event. 

• What if I don’t know how to get people to my booth? – We make it easy! As a vendor, you’ll receive built-in exposure through our event promotions—including email, social media, and our convention materials. Plus, our Vendor Marketing Pack includes ready-made graphics and promo ideas to help you spread the word and bring customers right to you.

• Will I be competing with a lot of other businesses like mine?  – No. We limit the number of vendors per category to ensure a great variety for attendees. Once a category is full, we stop accepting vendors in that category—so be sure to secure your spot early!
