Below is our refund policy for all purchases made through our website, including event tickets, vendor booths, and digital products.
🎟️ Convention Tickets
All ticket sales are final. We’re unable to offer refunds, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another homeschool family if you can no longer attend.

🛍️ Vendor Booth Deposits
By submitting a booth deposit, you agree to the following:
✔️ If your application is not approved, you’ll receive a full refund.
✔️ If you cancel at least 30 days before the event, you’ll receive a refund minus a $5 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 30 days of the event.
Booths are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to submit your vendor application as soon as possible to secure your spot.
📦 Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. These include downloads, templates, printables, guides, or any instant-access online content. If you experience any issues with accessing your product, please reach out—we’ll make it right.
🧭 Workshops & Special Events
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, these purchases are non-refundable. If something unexpected comes up, email us at least 7 days in advance and we’ll do our best to work with you.
